Typical day at Factom:
- Arrive between 8-11 (depending on your internal clock)
- Work- do your thang. You know what needs to be done.
- Noon- daily stand-up meeting where we check in the the team
- Lunch- people will go out or have lunch in our kitchen
- Afternoon- do your work, sometimes meetings
- Most people leave the office between 5-8.
Nobody will micromanage you. You control your time. As long as you meet your commitments and remain responsive to your team you can have a pretty flexible schedule.
On Tuesday's we host a Bitcoin meet-up where we order pizza, buy beer and invite our friends to come talk about the crypto-revolution.
